Xiaoyu-senpai, encased in a full black latex suit, wears a breathplay hood with only a small breathing hole, which remains on throughout. This extreme challenge begins with her completing 5 sets of 20 sit-ups while wearing heelless boots. Next, she performs 5 sets of 20 squats, supporting herself with a steel pole. Following that, she holds each leg extended for 1 minute. After removing the heelless boots, she then performs two sets of bridge poses, each held for a full 2 minutes. Finally, she stretches into front splits for 5 minutes on each leg, during which the breathing hole is repeatedly clipped, significantly increasing the difficulty, making every breath exceptionally arduous. This “anaerobic exercise” segment is undoubtedly a dual test of Xiaoyu-senpai’s physical endurance and willpower; the semi-transparent visor of her breathplay hood is already thick with sweat.

After the “anaerobic exercise”, Xiaoyu-senpai faces an even tougher unlock escape challenge. A newly added corset cinches her waist to an astonishingly slender shape, yet it makes every breath even harder. The ballet boots on her feet lengthen her legs but make each step precarious and restrict her movement. Her breathplay hood is swapped for a no-hole version, which is then locked with a collar, completely cutting off her air supply. Her hands are bound behind her back, and the key to the collar lock is left somewhere in the room. Xiaoyu must first struggle free from the restraints to free her hands, then, in a state of extreme oxygen deprivation, locate the crucial key to unlock the hood and gasp for precious air. In the first two attempts, the key was simply thrown on the floor, allowing Xiaoyu to crawl and search for it. However, the difficulty sharply escalates in the final challenge: the key is taped to the wall. This forces Xiaoyu, with her vision obstructed, body deprived of oxygen, and wearing difficult-to-move ballet boots, to bravely stand up and painstakingly shuffle towards the wall. Can she successfully retrieve the key and rescue herself? The video captures her every struggle and moment of agony.

Ultimately, due to the incomplete performance in both the exercise and escape challenges, punishment ensues. Xiaoyu-senpai is switched back to the breathplay hood with the small breathing hole. However, either an additional plastic bag is placed over it, or the breathing hole is clipped shut, consistently making the already scarce air even more precious. Finally, she is pushed to her limit, collapsing to the floor, writhing in agony. The video concludes as her breathplay hood is finally removed.
